Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a time-honoured healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It offers a unique and holistic approach to health that recognizes the connection of physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of health. By inserting fine needles into specific points on the body, acupuncture stimulates the body's own healing mechanism to restore balance. Acupuncture is known for its potential to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. By harmonizing the body's energy flow, symptoms are alleviated and illness is eliminated at the root. It supports overall wellness, enhances vitality, and fosters a profound sense of harmony and well-being.

Cupping is a therapeutic technique that involves placing glass, plastic or silicone cups on the skin to create mild suction. It can provide relief from muscular pain, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. Cupping is an invigorating and revitalizing experience, as it stimulates the body's natural healing processes and encourages the release of toxins. Facial Acupuncture

Facial Acupuncture offers a natural approach to promoting skin health and renewal. By micro-stimulation of points on the face and body, it enhances the complexion and restores a healthy glow. This treatment triggers natural collagen and elastin production, improves blood circulation, and promotes the flow of energy to the face. It can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin, while also improving overall skin tone and texture. Facial acupuncture activates the skin's own regeneration potential, resulting in a fresher, more radiant look. It's also wonderful for preventative maintenance. We treat the whole body as the outside is a reflection of the inside. Celluma light therapy is included with every session (see FAQ's for Celluma).
