Booking Policy
At Stonewater Wellness, we require a valid credit card upon booking. 

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.  A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient in need.  As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of their appointment to the credit card on file.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time as appointment times cannot be pushed forward for a late arrival. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  If treatment can proceed, your session will be shortened in order to respect the appointments that follow yours. The full fee of the scheduled appointment will be charged in the event of late arrivals.

For example, if a 60 minute treatment is scheduled for 10:00am, the appointment is from 10:00am to 11:00am.  If a client arrives at 10:15am, the appointment will still end at 11:00am and will not be pushed forward to 11:15am. In this example, the full cost for the 60 minute appointment will be charged.
